Cancellations received less than 24 hours before your cruise are not refunded, and no-shows are not refunded.

Weather-related cancellations initiated by Ocean Joy Cruises are always fully refundable or may be rescheduled to a future cruise.

If we don't see dolphins or whales on the Morning Calm or Afternoon Adventure cruise, you're welcome to return on another date, subject to space availability. A $45 rebooking fee applies (plus the $40 transport fee if you add hotel pickup on the return cruise).

This guarantee does not apply to the Sunset Dinner Cruise.

Rebooking a guaranteed cruise carries a $45 rebooking fee. Optional round-trip hotel transport is $40 per guest and can be added to any cruise.

By boarding the Kai ʻOliʻOli you grant Ocean Joy Cruises permission to use photos and video taken during your cruise for promotional purposes (social media, website, brochures). If you'd prefer not to be photographed, let the onboard photographer know on departure.

All passengers must complete a liability waiver before boarding. Sailings operate at the captain's discretion; for your safety the captain may adjust or cancel a cruise due to weather or ocean conditions.

The Kai ʻOliʻOli is a barefoot vessel — no hard-soled shoes on deck. We are a non-smoking, non-vaping vessel.
